Are you asking about JEE Mains preparations? Then, yes, you can study through books of NCERT, maths. You can go for RD Sharma and for physics, you should go for SL Arora. For Chemistry, I would prefer Dinesh Publications. In the link below are the suggestions of some toppers of JEE Mains:

Hello Prince, I can understand your angst but if you are prepared with studies then do not worry. There will be no overlap of papers. Alternatively you can think of taking break of one year for study and clear backlog and then resume studies.

Candidate must have secured minimum 50% marks in mandatory subjects.
