Aeronautical Engineering branch is like any other branch of engineering. Hence, eligibility requirements are identical as that of other branches of engineering. Basically, it is passing class 12th with PCM. Some states have 45% marks, while others have 59% marks or 60% marks etc. For IIT's, it is 75% marks, then a student has to pass concerned entrance exam for the state or JEE for NIT's or IIT's.

Marks obtained in graduation invariably are good only for landing first job. Subsequently it is performance and different aspects related to it that matter. TISS is one such institute that will not go by your past performance but will like to know your present capabilities. Hence, I feel that with two years of experience under your belt, you have good chances of getting admission.
