Sweta, seems that you're quite creative and that you are wanting to pursue creative careers, especially Journalism. Though i may not be aware of the placements of HPU, i can assure you that if you're going to turn out as a good learner, you are bound to find an occupation that allows you to prove your skills and climb higher.

TOEFL : Test Of English as Foreign Language (US/CANADA etc)
IELTS: International English Language Testing System (For UK/Australia )

As per your profile pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However for better career prospects I would suggest you work for 2-3 years after completing your BMS degree and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can furth

The eligibility criteria for AIPMT 2014 are as follows :
- The candidate must be of minimum 17 years of age and not more than 25 years of age.
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- He/she must have completed Higher Secondary. Those who are about to complete i.e. who are waiting for the results can also apply for this exam.
- One must have minimum 50% of marks in subjects of first stream i.e., Biology, Mathematics, Physics, English in Higher Secondary (10+2), 40% of marks in case of Schedule caste / Scheduled tribe candidates.
