Yes as you havescored263,you can score more provided you have the zeal to do so.As far as private collegesare concerned they arevery expensiveand getting into those colleges is not a big deal.so i would suggest you to drop 1 year,prepare well and appear next year.my sister did the same thing and has cracked neet this year and has taken admission in RIMS Ranchi
