Since you are a diploma holder from Polytechnic college, you will be eligible for lateral entry admissions to a B Tech programme after clearance of state level lateral entry admission tests. Think higher and about higher qualifications. +2 at this stage is not going to help you make appreciable gains.

Of Course BSNL through their RTTCs offer 6 weeks certification courses in GSM, RF Engineering and Optical Fiber Communications and will help improve your skill sets. I do not certainly think that BSNL offers placements after this course. But you will still be on the positive side when you happen to appear for a personal interview with sector giants. .

Hi Nancy,
The percentage varies from one IIM Institute to the other. As per the last year cut off it varied between 60% - 70% depending on the IIM you are applying for.
Looking at the previous session cut off you need to score anything between 65 - 75% to get admission in any of the IIM as the competition is high.
I hope this information is useful.
Feel free to raise more questions.
Appreciate by giving it thumbs up or marking as best.
All the Best!

There is also an intermediate path in games design and development. Wish you the best for your career.
