Advertisements are given regarding issue of Application forms for common entrance examinations, important dates etc., in leading news papers and also notified in the University website. Application Form along with Information Brochure can be obtained at the University on payment of Rs. 600/- by cash in person. Application form can be obtained by sending a Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.650/- drawn in favour of Kalasalingam University payable at Rajapalayam to Dean (Admissions) with a request letter. Application form can also be downloaded from the University website www.kalasalingam.ac.in and the filled application form can be submitted to Dean (Admissions) along with a DD for Rs. 600/-. Common Entrance Examinations are conducted in major cities of India. Admissions to Post Graduate Courses will be based on the performance of the candidate in the Entrance Examinations. The University may ask you to appear for a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Fee structure for MBA is Rs. 30,000/- as Semsester Fees, Rs 11,450/- as one time admission fee and Hostel fees may range from Rs. 37,200/- to Rs. 72,200/- per annum depending on the facilities required.

Here is the basic eligibility for pursuing B.Arch:
Aspirant must have passed 10+2 with PCM from a Recognized board.
All application for B.Arch. course including NRI / Foreign Nationals should write the Aptitude test conducted by Council of Architecture (NATA) and the score should not be less than 80 out of 200.
As various institutes conduct their own entrance examination as a gateway for admission in their colleges.
As eligibility criteria and admission procedure may vary in different institutes as each institute have their own admission procedure and policies.

Aspirants who are interested in legal profession can pursue L.L.B course after 12th or graduation. Those who want to pursue L.L.B after 12th can look for a 5 year Integrated L.L.B course while 3 year
LLB after 12th:
B.A LLB, B.Com LLB, BBA LLB and B.S.L LLB are the 5-year integrated courses available in law. This course not only covers theoretical areas but also include practical sessions like court attendance and training at legal aid centers. Research projects are also there in the course structure.

The admission process to law programmes is not uniform. We have law schools admitting students through All India entrance exams like CLAT for National Law Schools/Universities, LLB Entrance Tests for Delhi University, and law colleges admitting students on merit, that is, secured in qualifying examinations. However, a vast majority of the top law schools admit students through entrance exams only. CLAT for NLUs and LLB Entrance Test for DU could be considered to be the most important law entrance exams of the country for five-year and three-year LLB courses respectively.
Eligibilty for CLAT:
To be eligible to appear in CLAT-2014, a candidate should have obtained a Higher Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized Board .with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC and ST candidates) and should be below 20 years of age as on 1st July 2014 (22 years in case of SC/ST and Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates)
