To become a motivational speaker and inspire people is a great way to touch people's lives and help them. I'd suggest you a few things:
1. Do a lot of online reading, YouTube exploring and enrolling.
2. If you want to enroll in one of the soft skill training or life coaching programme such as an NLP programme.
3. Start working on it. You could volunteer with schools and universities or at NGOs, with family and friends. It helps to practice and correct oneself.
4. Apply for the opportunities via training institutes in the city or on job websites to do motivational speeches officially.

No reputed B-School accepts the scores of graduation for admissions to its full-time MBA programs. One has to appear for the particular entrance exams, clear the required cut-offs and perform well in the interview rounds (only if shortlisted for it).

For postgraduate (master) courses in psychology, you should hold a graduate degree in psychology from any recognized university.The duration of M.A. Psychology is 2 years and is spread over four semesters. Minimum eligibility for this course is a graduation degree from any stream passed from any recognized university.
