This demand is somehow not valid. BA is a Three Year Degree Course. you better see some Open Schooling System where the flexibility is there to complete but Admission is not possible directly in the third year.

Hi, almost every recognized university in US requires a GRE score for admission into a MS course. A MS finance course on the other hand mostly requires a GMAT score. So the short answer is no any reputed university will not waive the GRE or GMAT scores.

You have to complete graduation to do B.Ed. I think, before polytechnic, you have completed 10+2. So, you are not eligible for B.Ed. But, you can do D.El.Ed, if you have 50% marks in 10+2.
