You can take admission in Bachelor courses after passing your 12th class with PCB subjects. Some colleges consider 50% marks in PCB subjects. Few universities organize their own entrance exams for screening candidates for admissions, and consider a combined score of 10+2 level marks and entrance exam marks.

Well, you can do both with just one course. Enroll for some credit transfer B.Tech programme where you can study in India plus abroad and get an internationally accepted degree. I know about Institutes like Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology which gives you courses like International engineering Programme that helps you study two years in India and two years abroad. It is one of the top engineering Institute in India which has also been globally ranked by Times Higher Education & QS Rankings which is a big deal. Helsinki School of Business has a good reputation in Finland. But, fluency in Finnish is necessary for part-time jobs as most of these jobs are in the service industry. Also, please note that in Finland almost 99% of all jobs are white dominated (mostly Finnish). This will be a major issue if you have plans to go to Finland or any other European country except UK.
