Jaya incase you want to do MBA through the regular course then you have Poddar college there at Jaipur. If you want to do through distance education mode then there are option like Sikkim-Manipal Universirt or Symbiosis Pune and variuous others. You must select the institute based on the paramters that would suit you i.e. availability of its learning centre at Jaipur, mode of conducting exam (online or through regular method), availability of specialization subject, fees, duration, type of degree (MBA or PGDBA). The specialization field that would suit you most, I think would be HR. Yes, MBA is always good for better prospects in job.

You can take lateral entry for B.Sc(IT) because NIIT is not recognised college by the govt.
You will have take admission as a fresher of any college of your choice.
