USA is one of the rare countries that gives you an opportunity to transfer your admission from an Indian college to a college in the USA through the credit system. First of all I would like to let you know what a credit is. In the US, a student in a high school or university earns credits for the successful completion of each course for each academic term. The state or the institution generally sets a minimum number of credits required to graduate.
Normally, transfers are made after completing of the 1st year of your undergraduation which i believe is your case. To conclude, if you have earned the set number of credits in your 1st year of your bba as per the USA requirement, you are eligible to transfer your bba to a college in the US. However, i would also like to let you know that your academic marks in the 1st year would also play an important role in such a transfer.
IMPORTANT: The nature or character of courses that are offered at the transfer institution must be compatible or nearly similar in nature with that of the Indian institution. Also, the Indian institution must be recognized by the ministry of education or an authorized body like AICTE in India.

I would say, first of all you need to decide the area in which you want to pursue your career keeping in mind your own interests. Now as you have done B.com & D.Pharma the two prominent career options open for you are: Pharmaceuticals or commerce related courses.
If you want to get into pharmaceuticals you can get into B.Pharma (Lateral Entry through D.Pharma) and then do M.Pharma. Another option for you could be MBA in Pharmaceutical, health care, or hospital administration.
If you want to pursue a commerce related field you can opt for Courses like CA, CWA, M.Com or MBA in finance.
