I really do not think that https://Shiksha.com would be the right portal for you to get answers to your job related queries as it is an education portal and offers details related to courses and institutes. I would say, first of all you need to decide the area in which you want to pursue your career keeping in mind your own interests. Now as you have done B.com & D.Pharma the two prominent career options open for you are: Pharmaceuticals or commerce related courses.
If you want to get into pharmaceuticals you can get into B.Pharma (Lateral Entry through D.Pharma) and then do M.Pharma. Another option for you could be MBA in Pharmaceutical, health care, or hospital administration.
If you want to pursue a commerce related field you can opt for Courses like CA, CWA, M.Com or MBA in finance.
