Although almost all the good colleges will start there batches in the month of July - August, but there are several Institutes under MAT Entrance Examination which have rolling admission and they take students even in November - December month. Actually PGDCA is an additional qualification. One computers subject in graduation or MCA or engineering will be allowed to get the job in IT sector. u did not write ur qualification. Any how learn one language and one database with full of dedication and do some mini projects. As well u should be familar in reasoning, arthamatics to get job as a fresher.

For full time MBA the fees is 420000. Infact the best thing abt times is that u can opt for dual specialization without paying any extra charges. Specializations are HR, MRK, IT, Finanace, Retail & Risk Management. If you want to go for week end MBA then the fees is 125000. Weekend MBA batch is going to start from 4th Decemeber. After doing training in areas like PLC and Scada, you can get into Electrical companies and other related fields such as: computer, telecom etc. However, as Shiksha is an Education portal here you would not be able to find details of jobs in the related fields so advisable would be that you should register yourself on various Job Portals, such as Naukri.com etc.

There are two parts of TISS Examination I Part includes Quant, Verbal & General Awareness and part II will have Programme specific questions.
I would say for preparation of TISS Entrance there is no one set of books which you can consult. You can prepare through various tests prep books available in the market such as R.S. Aggarwal, Galgotias, and Meenakshi & Arun Sharma. For quantitative ability & logical reasoning section you should start going through the NCERT Books of class 9-12. In order to pursue MS in US you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60%.
GRE score of 1200 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
