Nice to know your interest in the stream of animation and to be true as @neelu kapoor said animation do have ample opportunities for CREATIVE AND TALENTED PEOPLE, so important is how much creative you can think i mean you have to think out of the box.
to be true no institute is labeled to be the best ans so i would not be able to answer this question of yours but i can give you some suggestion before choosing the right institute for yourself
1. Check with the quality of the training the institute is offering you
2. The software they are training you on, the scope you can get after specializing in a particular software
3. Meet the trainers and check with the experience and the training method
4.Try and even meet the students so that you can check with the quality they are providing
5.Check with the placement plans they have and even the links they have with the production setups.
In Short don't try and find ans institute which code itself to be the best try and find the best quality giving institute.

***General Eligibility Criteria:-
Aspirants who have done their BCA, BBA or B.Tech can apply for the MCA course. Students who have finished their graduation in science can also apply. These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2. There is no age limit regarding the admission to this course.
***Academic Eligibility Criteria:-

Well it is always advisable to join a good coaching center to start your preparation so that you know the syllabus and have the relevant study material to start with.
For self study, you can start with reading newspapers. The editorial section is the most important part. Do keep a dictionary while reading and note the new words. This will help you in both vocabulary and also the grammar part. Also solve sample papers.
GRE Big Book is one highly recommended GRE study material. This book is a compilation of 27 real test papers along with answer keys.

I do understand that its been long time .u have asked a question.
well we here in India , have a different scenario when it comes to doing MBA. it works for freshers. But not in Canada, US, UK, Australia.basically almost all the countries. There concept is to first gain some experience and then go for MBA.
Now in Canada they have a provision of enhancing your education by doing diplomas/ advance diplomas after your Bachelors. they are highly in demand in Canada's job market.
though there are some options available to do MBA without work experience as well, but that is not what a employer will be looking for.
so as a fresher I would always recommend you to go in for a PG dips in Canada. Gain some work experience.also PR/ Citizenship.then do your MBA.also that ways your tuition fees will become 3/4th.I hope this will help you making your decision. in case if you still haven't.

NIELIT (formerly DOEACC) web site will give you all the details.However, to let you know, 'A' level course of DOEACC Scheme is equivalent to an Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications. Students can acquire this qualification by undergoing this course and passing the examination conducted by the DOEACC Society. Working professionals can also appear in this examination directly, provided they possess the requisite educational qualification Eligibility
i) For students appearing through an institute Level 'O' /Government recognized polytechnic engineering diploma after class 10. Followed in each case, by an accredited 'A' level course (no concurrency). A Government recognized polytechnic engineering diploma after 10+2 / Graduate and an accredited 'A' level course in each case.
ii) For students-at-large (Direct Applicants)Level 'O'/Government recognized polytechnic engineering diploma/Graduate. Followed in each case, by one year relevant experience*. The 'A' level diploma will awarded only after successful completion of the academic stream i.e. polytechnic engineering diploma after 10+2 or degree.
*Relevant experience connotes job experience in IT, including teaching in a recognized institution as faculty member, excludes coaching.
Syllabus
The syllabus for 'A' level has been diversified. It contains:
- Nine compulsory module and,
- One elective papers.
In the diversified syllabi, new subjects have been added as electives and certain amendments have been made to the syllabus on some of the subjects. At 'A' Level there is one project. will be assigned. The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India has recognized 'A' level examination conducted by the Computer Society of India (CSI) under the Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) Scheme as equivalent to Advanced Diploma level course for the purpose of employment to posts and services under the Central Government vide their notification No: F 18-23/92-TD.V/TS-IV dated 10th April1996. In view of the above notification the passed out candidates with 'A' level qualification from the DOEACC Society will henceforth be the eligible for registration in employment exchanges for job assistance.
