American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA form abroad, how ever please remember in order to pursue MBA form good universities abroad, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Apart form work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.
