American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.

As for jobs, you can get employment opportunities in government accounts or law departments and be a part of the esteemed Board of Directors of a Company. Company secretaries hold key positions, attend board meetings and they must be loyal to the company.

For the more details on education in Germany, I would suggest you to visit DAAD. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
Education in Germany is government funded and there is possibility that you might have to give a minimum fee ranging from Euro 140-500.

Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA form abroad, how ever please remember in order to pursue MBA form good universities abroad, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Apart form work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
Getting a better quality of education.
Improves career opportunities.
Broaden international experience.
Gaining exposure to different cultures.
As you have completed your graduation it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years, and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue Masters in same or related field, where as if you are interested in management side you can opt to pursue MBA.
If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities.
Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance partial or full tuition fees for the universities.

As mentioned on the college official website, fees payable at the time of admission for the day scholar approximately Rs. 7500/- and for Hostellers is approximately Rs. 15000/-.
The above fee is subject to change as per instructions of Chandigarh Administration from time to time.
Well I would suggest you to visit the website and you'll find all details regarding the course structure, thesis, practicals, placements, etc.
