The selection of course depends on your experience during the articleship and your career objectives. If you are looking to enter the banking sector in future then CBFA is a good option however if you are not yet certain about the objectives then I guess CFAP is better option as it is widely accepted in various insurance, Pharma, Autombile and other companies.

1) A 2 years program has a better scope. 1 year tracks and usually very fast and offer no specializations unlike 2 year programs.
2) Scholarship depends on your complete application including SOP, LOR's, your academic qualifications, test scores as well as scholarship essay. Frame a good application specifically the scholarship essay, and chances of getting a scholarship would be good.
