The petroleum Engineering is divided into two parts.
Upstream Sector
The upstream sector consists of activities like exploration, production and exploitation of oil and natural gases.
Downstream Sector
The downstream sector consist activities such as the refining, marketing and distributing of petroleum products.
Petroleum engineering will focus on upstream exploration and production - where, when, and how to drill and how to bring the oil and gas back to shore.
And,
Petrochemical engineering will focus on downstream manufacturing - refineries, chemical plants, polymers, coatings, etc.

See. This institute gives MBA degree, without any Post graduate degree. The scope , placement package, opportunities to go abroad will be good, if you opt for GLOBAL EXPOSURE.
But, INDIAN GOVERNMENT has declared the degree of this institution as invalid . SO you wont be able to get a GOVT. JOB
