1) To seek admission in degree course after diploma, you may join lateral B.Tech course which gives direct entry in the second year.
To be eligible :
-Candidates with a diploma in engineering can apply.
-The diploma holders should have scored a minimum aggregate pass mark as per the university rules.
Not to forget, lateral entry rules differ from one university to another so I would suggest you to please directly contact the university officials or visit their official website for specific criteria.
