Anything below 55% is not accepted easily. I am not sure if you will find any university as your grades are way below 50%. You have to check university websites yourself, see the admission requirements and email them. There are many universities in Australia and also TAFE institutes. Contact them one by one.

You can directly apply for a job in hotels, and you will for sure get a job if your practicals are strong and you do a Job in abroad. Diploma in HM can help you get a high paying job abroad. Look out for the best deals from countries like U. S and Canada. You can go for higher studies in India or you can opt Higher studies in abroad. You should give priority to the course in which you have interest. Every stream is good and has wide scope in future. They both have their own pros and cons. Aim what you want to be and then select a course accordingly.

Generally, they don't require these, you may always submit them but there is no guarantee how much weightage they will give to it. But you can always upload these when applying.

Yes, of course, how much more time do you need? Prepare for SAT or ACT simultaneously. You will anyways submit your application by the end of 2019, that's how admission deadlines are so sufficient time.
