Anything below 55% is not accepted easily. I am not sure if you will find any university as your grades are way below 50%. You have to check university websites yourself, see the admission requirements and email them. There are many universities in Australia and also TAFE institutes. Contact them one by one.

if you gave jee then you can get admission in a good and reputed college . your 12th percentage does not take much importance in getting a good college. . but if you didn't give the exam then you also can get admission in any private college . there are many private colleges who give admission without Jee score card. so , you can choose.
