At LPU, diploma in civil engineering fees are roughly around ₹50k–₹80k per semester depending on scholarship, so for 3 years (6 semesters) it usually comes to about ₹3–4.5 lakh total tuition, and hostel + mess costs are around ₹90k–₹1.2 lakh per year, so for 3 years that adds ~₹2.7–3.6 lakh; overall you're looking at approx ₹6–8 lakh total, and if you get LPUNEST or category-based scholarship the cost can drop quite a bit making it more manageable.
