Hi,
The first thing you'll have to do is get into a decent law school that offers the course of your choice. There are various integrations like BBA, B.Sc, BA, etc. Once you've figured this out, as you proceed in law school, find out your area of interest and then specialise in that. Good luck, hope this will help you.

The percentage of marks in 12th definitely will be looked into since you will submit scanned copies of 10, 12 and Bachelors marks cards during placements. Its depends upon the various factors which will help you to consider I feel the MIB is a good option because of the pay packageusually your starting salary should be more than 45k euros per annum. This roughly translates to 2300 euro per month. I have several friends who are working here after MIB in various companies e.g. Intel, Texas Instruments, Huawei, Bosch etc. Some of them studied communication engineering, some computer science, some automotive, power engineering etc. Therefore, I have a pretty good idea about the average salary when you will start. In case you will be in Munich it should be a bit higher say 54k euro per annum

Yes, you can but the condition is that you are below 25 years of age and must have not attempted NEET 3 times after 2017.
If you want to study in India or else you can study abroad in the following countries:
China
Ukraine
Russia
Philippines
Georgia
USA
Every year people who can't quality for MBBS in India move out of the country mostly Ukraine and china as they are less costly as compared to Indian private colleges.
Certain counselling sessions occurs and various agents are available who send students out of India for MBBS. No exams are required in India like NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER.
