Yes, but it depends on whether you will be able to apply for any counseling applications or not, because even if you apply and you do not have the result with you even the seat allotted to you by college will stand cancel if you do not furnish the certificate. As in most of the counseling applications you would not be eligible to apply because you have not passed the board exam. The candidate can only take admission in Medical College only when you have cleared the compartment paper. So you can take admission definitely but at the same time it could also depend upon which round of counselling is going on. It might be that you could or have to miss the 1st and 2nd round of counselling conducted by government bodies and are left to attend the counselling of 3rd round or vacancy round only.
