There are various colleges that offer LLB with a cut off for 40%. You can try KLE Society's law college at Bangalore that has a cut-off for 45% for LLB. I think you can make it as you're almost close to it. Good luck, hope this helped!

You appear to have got reasonably okay marks in 12th. There are many colleges that offer B Com in Pune. I would however advise in making attempt for admission in BMCC.
