You can apply for a visa after you have received the admission offer from a university. 65% is a slightly difficult score to get into Canadian universities but you can check specific entry requirements on university websites. Apart from Canada try in Australia too. Remember you must also take the IELTS or TOEFL to meet English language requirements.

There are various colleges that offer LLB with a cut off for 40%. You can try KLE Society's law college at Bangalore that has a cut-off for 45% for LLB. I think you can make it as you're almost close to it. Good luck, hope this helped!

B.Tech is higher engineering in comparison to B.Sc. Job opportunities after B.Sc Industrial Chemistry are limited in comparison to BTRech Chemical engineering. India has very well developed Chemical Industry including Petroleum & gas both in Government and private sector. It is core sector with lot of Government and big corporate houses support. Chemical Engineers have good scope in India and abroad. Therefore, it is recommended that you opt for B.Tech Chemical Engineering over B.Sc Industrial Chemistry.
