1. Character Certificate is provided by your college where you have last attended. Class 12th Institutions do provide character certificate after passing 12th board.
2. Domicile Certificate : Its provided by the revenue officials of your locality.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 in any discipline can pursue Fashion Communication in Bachelor's degree level.
Candidates who have passed Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication are eligible to pursue Fashion Communication in master and doctoral level at Indian and foreign universities.

You must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent (Diploma/degree), with a minimum of 50% marks in total and also having mathematics as a subject in the qualifying examination. As you don't have maths as a subject, you can't apply for BCA.

You can get in for OBC seat in almost all the courses. For fashion design, the last rank to get the OBC seat was 611. You can also try for NRI seat or OBC in the 2nd round.
