If you are planning to work after your studies it might not work out since UK has very tough work rules for international graduates. Though the civil engineering sector is booming there is no place for international students. But since you asked top sectors are Civil and structural engineering, Construction and building services Engineering, Quantity surveying and building surveying, urban planning etc. Check the labour shortage list for precise information.

MMS is a better option if you're doing it from the top six colleges: JB, SIMSREE, Somaiya, Welingkar, SIES and Dalmia. Else there's no difference in pursuing MMS/MBA/PGDM from the other colleges. If ROI is a concern for you, then choose MMS as the fees are generally less unlike PGDM from ITM. You can keep ITM as a backup option, if you don't get a college under top 10-12 for MMS.

You have to take your IELTS or TOEFL to meet English language requirements. GATE or GRE is not compulsory but you may choose to give. Also, I will recommend you take a German language certification though most MS classes are held in English it will give you an edge if you already know the language. You must also have a strong SOP, LORs, research oriented project works, etc.
