Microsoft has a lot of courses and resources online. Checkout Microsoft's Virtual Academy (MVA). You can do free courses from them. In order to give certification exams, you need to find a Microsoft test center or vendor near you and get more details. But, if you are planning to learn online then start with MVA.

Easiest among all is MAT/ATMA. Few points for MAT:
1.Conducted 4 times in a year.
2. All CMAT colleges accept MAT scores as well.
3. Students may vary depending upon the time of the test.
4. Pen and paper based as well as Computer based test. Above two are only computer based tests.

The accepted examinations for admission at Amrita School of Business Campuses are CAT/MAT/XAT/GRE/GMAT/MAT.
Except Coimbatore campus all other campuses accept MAT. TANCET is not accepted.
As of now,the admissions to the batch of 2016-2018 is closed.You could try next year with any of the examination scores mentioned above.

TANCET cutoff for MBA in PSGIM is around 54 approx for BC and 58 approx for OC. Mostly the chance of selecting PSGIM in TANCET Counseling will depend on the TANCET ranking.

Allen is best in the country and its in Bangalore as well. Others are Resonance, Akash Institute but I am not sure if it is in Karnataka.
For pre post graduate exam I suggest Dams or Bhatia, either one of them.
