Kirti, both the branches are equally good. Finance can help you get jobs in banking sector. HR being the backbone of an organization, allows the candidate to work for hiring of the workforce, providing development & training, maintaining workforce regulation, assessment of their performance, providing compensation & benefits, motivating, relation with labour, health, welfare and safety assessment.

Zaheer, if you are interested in going into academics and opt it as a profession then M.Tech is going to be a good option. But if this is not your cup of tea then you can go for MBA so that you can get a corporate job.

For a career in banking go for commerce stream. After 12th you can go for B.Com, B.Com (H), B.Com (Professional), Integrated/ dual B.Com-M.Com, Integrated/ dual B.Com-MBA, etc. All these courses will prepare you for a career in banking.
