Both M.Tech and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also. If you want to enjoy your campus life and want to enjoy the life of the college just like as it is seen in the movies or in the serials, then you should take admission in Amity. But, if you are willing to enjoy the nature, want to study, and also want to enjoy the college life, then take admission in Petroleum University. In Amity, you will be enjoying the campus life because they call very huge actors and actresses in their college but when we talk about Petroleum University. They do not organise such a great event because they only focus on studies.
So, the conclusion is for campus life- Amity and for studies-Petroleum University.

In majority of B School there is no specific eligibility criteria to chose Finance as a specialization in MBA. Lot of non Commerce / Economics/ Business Management graduates do MBA Finance. Theoretically you can do MBA Finance. You may face some challenges in few Finance and Commerce subjects during MBA which you can overcome with hard work. I did my MBA Finance, although I am an engineer and defence officer. I even headed Banking and Insurance vertical delivery of a MNC IT firm for 8 years.
