Ethical hackers are specialised Cyber Security experts who work for all organizations which have an internet presence and use extensive use of web technologies for Business . Ethical Hackers role is a proactive one as they prevent cyber- crimes and protect cyber space from intrusion. They ensure data security and protect computer systems from illegal hacking activities. Computer Hackers use their expertise in computing and knowledge of programming, web applications, operating systems, assembly language, internet security systems etc. to protect computer systems from illegal hackers.
It is a niche skill and has limited career opportunities. However, if you able to break into your first job then its is very high paying and respected job. Most of computer hackers have graduation degrees such as B.Tech CSE/IT, BCA-MCA, B.Sc CS. Most of the hackers are those who have excellent programming skills.
You can appear in professional certification examination to become a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) by appearing in examination conducted by ED-Council. Certification is achieved by taking the CEH examination after having either attended training at an Accredited Training Center (ATC) or completed through self-study. CEH is a skilled professional who understands and knows how to look for weaknesses and vulnerabilities in target systems and uses the same knowledge and tools as a malicious hacker, but in a lawful and legitimate manner to assess the security posture of a target system(s). The CEH credential certifies individuals in the specific network security discipline of Ethical Hacking from a vendor-neutral perspective.

Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges, canals, dams, and buildings. Civil engineers design, build, supervise, operate, and maintain construction projects and systems in the public and private sector, including roads, buildings, airports, tunnels, dams, bridges, and systems for water supply and sewage treatment. Many civil engineers work in design, construction, research, and education. Civil engineering is an age old profession and with Government of India focus on infrastructure scope and opportunities for Civil Engineer will be very high for next few years.
You are advised to appear in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced to seek admission in IIT Mandi for B.Tech civil engineering.

Admission requirements are set very high by the German Universities. For UG courses such as BTech Civil engineering score of 90% in 10+2 board is expected for admission. In addition most of German Universities have following eligibility criteria:
(a)Cleared your JEE Advanced
(b)Completed one year of bachelor degree education from a recognized university in India
(c)Cleared the Feststellungsprfung the entrance exam for different universities you would take to signify effective completion of Studienkolleg. Studienkolleg is a public institute that offers you preparatory courses in the desired subjects in case your educational qualification is not considered at par with the Abitur or High School Level required for university studies.
(d) In addition to this students need to appear for IELTS or TOEFL to prove their efficiency in the language.
