You are say that correct.Every company say that normal for job min min 50% or 60 % above need for every job and also nice,must command which is u like subject or course or language.
Now see high post job max min 60% to 88% or 98%may be for job in IT large company.

I would answer your questions in points:
1) Yes, GRE is absolutely necessary in order to pursue MS in Canada.
2) Your BE percentage is just eligible to apply for MS in Canada. If you want to take admission in a good university, you would have to target atleast 1300+ in the GRE(preferably 1450+).
3) TOEFL score might just be on the lower side. Usually, the minimum requirement is most universities is 93+. Probability that you would have to retake the TOEFL is very high.
4) Campus placement depends from university to university. Even though most universities offer on campus placement, placements would totally depend on the kind of compani
