Hi,
In order to do bachelors in mechanical engineering from Canada, you would have to take the SAT as well as IELTS as well as score 75% and above in class 12th. In the SAT, you should target a score of 2000+ if you want to make it to a decent university. In the IELTS, you would have to score a minimum band score of 6.5 with minimum 6 in each section.

YES. but your university also needs to be looked into. different courses have various requiements, all those need to be kept in mind. the unviersities abroad will ask for average percentage for all 3 yrs of ur UG not only your TY. they will also need to know whether university to which your college is affiliated is not blacklisted. so plz mention the university name when ypou post your query

See, its difficult to judge the credibility of any institute so we cant say anyone fake without any proof. However, I understand ur concern, as you are interested in fashion mgmt I would advise you to look for good universities like UTM. One of my friend is also doing this program from there and acc to him, the university is pretty good.
