If you are interesting in programming or coding,then you are doing MCA.If you are not interesting in programming or coding,then you are doing MBA.According to company say that at a time BCA after MCA is better for career.But mostly student are doing BCA after MBA.because his person thing that course after take two degree for better career.This is statement may be wrong.My thing or experience say that BCA after MCA is better for long time.MBA is hard from MCA.Now you have thing at time why hard MBA from MCA ?
If any person doing BCA,then after doing MCA.It is nice thing,but any person doing BCA after MBA,then it is wrong.B

If you are really interesting CCNA and MCSE course,then i am say that only your better decision for career.Both are course is very nice in networking field.CCNA course is CISCO company.It is provide better knowledge of CCNA,CCNP,CCNN etc.It is nice company of networking. CCNA course are best course for pen career in networking field.
now see MCSE course is Microsoft company.It is big company and also provide better knowledge of networking.But most company are required MCSE course from CCNA.MCSE is very high demanded course from CCNA.It is big and nice course for career.
