Hi Sashikanth,
Its always advisable to start your admission process, at least a year in advance, so that you can apply early, the more early you apply, the more chances you have to avail scholarships.
If you are planning to take admission in Fall (August/September) 2012, intake than you should take GRE by November, because many good universities have their admission deadline till December or January.
So its not a mandate, that you should take GRE before 14 months, but yes its not advisable to take at the last stage.
The GRE score is valid for 5 Years.

As SAP is quite a costly programme I would suggest you to go for an Authorized training center as if you do the course through authorized center you would be able to get better projects and also it will have a better value in the job market. Yes, Provided you have scored high enough marks to be within the last cut off declared by delhi University.You must also have the relevant subjects pursues at School level.That means you should have pursues 10+2 with PCM or PCB depending on the stream in which you are seeking admission.
