Getting a job in USA or for that matter any where in the world entirely depends upon the caliber and knowledge level of the students.
Getting a job depends from which university you have pursued your course, how many years of work experience you have, how good is your communication skills, how can you cultural fit yourself within the company, if a student has all this qualities in them, then getting a job should not be a problem.
