For language courses in Mumbai you can check a branch of Max Muller Bhawan in Mumbai as it is one of the best institute for language courses. Apart from this check Indo - Italian Chamber of Commerce, University of Mumbai etc.

Although, the certifications like CFP, CFA etc. do give a boost to your career if you want to get into finance domain but I would say if you have an excellent academic record you should opt for MBA in finance as this is a powerful employment credential, and can assist the student in receiving best career opportunities. I would like to add here that if you plan to go for an MBA opt for a full time program from a decent Management Institute like IIMs, MDI, XLRI etc. if you can not do it from the top notch institutes then you can opt for CFA certification.

Kiran , You first lodge a missing diary at the police station where they will admit your complaint and affirm it with diary no with affixing seal. Then apply PSEB authority with photo copy of missing diary for issuing duplicate certificate. I think you will get it soon. Best of luck.
