Getting a job depends upon lot of parameter, like your education qualification, from where you have completed your education, how many years of work experience you have, how much is your caliber and knowledge level and many more.
If you can justify yourself on all the parameter mentioned, then getting a good job will not at all going to be any problem be it in India or abroad.
Pay scale depends upon the knowledge and caliber of the candidate.

Hi Uday,
RVD University is a Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and the University Grants Commission approved University. It is deemed to be University. It also has the approval of DEC for Distance Education Programmes. So you can very well apply for M.Tech degree programme.
Generally UGC approved degree is acceptable everywhere, so try and ask them more specific reason for not accepting your degree, as this can not be the reason for not accepting your degree.

Generally, the degrees which are approved by UGC or AICTE is acceptable in foreign countries if you are planning for further studies abroad, but if you are planning to work abroad then the criteria may vary from company to company. Moreover, AICTE approved Universities are more acceptable in foreign countries.
As far as Part time M.Tech is concerned advisable would be that you opt for full time M.Tech as it has more value in the job market as compare to Part time and as M.Tech is a degree which involves a lot of practical exposure you would not find many institutes giving this degree through part time mode. Hi,
Universities in Canada, have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August/September)
Spring (January/February)
It is always advisable to start application process at least 6-7 months in advance of your planned admission intake.The student aspiring to pursue higher studies in Canada must take their IELTS or TOEFL at least 5-6 months in advance, so that they can get enough time for preparation.
The application deadlines in universities for Fall intake are over or about to get over.

Hi Manpreet,
Although, you can appear for GATE even with backlog, but you have to score really high to cover up for your backlog, as backlog can create a problem for you at the time of admission, so if you score exceptionally well in GATE the admission in M.Tech programmes would be easier.

Hi Sreedhar,
In order to pursue Masters in US, the student need to have good academic record throughout, preferably 60% or more in undergraduate degree, work experience, a good score in TOEFL and GRE.
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language),tests the English language level for the students, who comes from the non English speaking countries.
Generally all the good universities in the USA requires 1400 plus score in GRE and 95 plus score in TOEFL
