CCNA is the starting step towards Networking line for more enhancement u must have to some more Certifications. R u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
As Cyber Crime is going high Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose the OS which is running in Industry like Linux, for that u can opt RHCE & RHCSS

In order to pursue MS in Mechanical engineering from Canadian University,you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus, OR
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intakes i.e. Fall (August) and Spring (January) Intake. So first of all you need to decide in which intake you want admission, and then accordingly start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance, it is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL at least a year in advance of your planned admission intake. An average tuition fee of a Canadain university is about CAN$ 25,000 per-year.The tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Frankly speaking almost all the Distance education are ranked equally in the eyes of employer, so be it SMU or Symbiosis, it would be your own caliber, performance on the programme and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job interview that would help you pull off even with a correspondence degree.
So, if you ask me I would say choose anyone but do keep in mind that it would not be University name which would get you the job but would be your own caliber.
I would like to add that you can join SMU reason being SMU is UGC and DEC approved and provide MBA whereas Symbiosis is only DEC approved and provide PGD programmes.
