If you would like to enrol for MBA in IGNOU, you will have to provide them a letter of 3 years of work experience and they will also take entrance test. But in ICFAI, they will not ask for experience letter and won't take any entrance test. I heard from many people that IGNOU is harder. According to me, ICFAI would be the best option for you.

Hi, your IELTS score is good. For MS in engineering, the cut offs are bit on the higher side. But, you should be able to get good options in Canada. Also, most universities will expect an explanation for the backlogs. So, be prepared for that. Are you planning to give your GRE?

Hello Aadarsh,
To decide that whether MBA is good without appearing for CAT exam or not, first you will have to list down the colleges you want to get admission into.
CAT is not an easy nut. And once you are done finalizing with the college of your choice, you will have to find out what examination percentile they ask for or prefer.
According to that, you will have to decide whether you will have to give CAT or not.
As far as my opinion is concerned, I would suggest you to appear for CAT, since it is accepted in almost every college for admission.
Think well.Then make a decision.
Good luck!
