Yes you can pursue MBA from universities abroad,after completing your BBA from SMU,how ever please remember with 15 years your education UK would be the best study destination for you as universities in US and Canada require 16 years of education for admission in their MBA program.
In order to pursue MBA from Universities in UK, you need to have:
15 years of education with good academic record preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

If we talk about quality then nothing is better than B-Schools like IIMs or Xavier's. Few of the others which you may consider are: Christ University, Loyola Business School, Alliance Business Academy, RIMS, ICFAI, SIBM, etc.

LAW a dignified and ever running carrier, i think u can select M.Com rather than going for MBA or even MBA would work for you, u can enter into finance and accounting field or HR field and make a match even with your LAW degree too, as in these fields additional of LAW degree can make a mark and add value to your carrier, so i suggest u to carry on with your master degree program along with your LAW degree

yes you can go for MCA as you have already completed bca . you should work hard and do better for coming course . when you complete MCA with good percentage . your placement chances will be bright. how ever one who do graduate in any stream an dpass 12 with mathematics as subject can go for mca
