Yes you can pursue MBA from universities abroad,after completing your BBA from SMU,how ever please remember with 15 years your education UK would be the best study destination for you as universities in US and Canada require 16 years of education for admission in their MBA program.
In order to pursue MBA from Universities in UK, you need to have:
15 years of education with good academic record preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in UK have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.
An average tuition fee of a UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

If we talk about quality then nothing is better than B-Schools like IIMs or Xavier's. Few of the others which you may consider are: Christ University, Loyola Business School, Alliance Business Academy, RIMS, ICFAI, SIBM, etc.

Hi Jatin, every stream in engineering has its own importance. Each stream has a good future scope. As you have completed Diploma, it has good future scope.
If you get selected during campus interview in college by any engineering company then you may get minimum Rs.15,000-20000/- as starting salary. As a Diploma holder your pay scale won't rise much. It's only after you attain more knowledge you may dream of high salary packages. For this you have to pass a degree course in your field.
But, if you don't plan to study further then you may go for job in any Private sector, Small Level IT company, etc. There are many companies you may look up for career rise:

Hi Gaurav, Birla Institute of Technology and Science admission test (BITSAT) is a computer related online test. The test is carried out for the admission to every integrated first degree courses of BITS Pilani, BITS Hyderabad and BITS Goa campus of the deemed university. This university honors it's own degree. This is one of the prominent engineering institutes in India.
For getting admission to BITS for the integrated first graduation course, the aspirant must pass the 10+2 with PCM from a recognized Central or State board. The admission is on the basis of merit secured in BITSAT. Once the aspirant is studying at any of the BITSAT campus then they are not qualified to appear for the test.
