Hi Ashish,
The basic difference between a MBA and PGDM is a that former course is a degree program and the PGDM is a Diploma course.
It is always advised to opt for a MBA degree rather than a PGDM course as the recognition of a diploma course is difficult to be verified for better prospects.
All the best!
