you can do course like MBA in finance of two years from reputed institute or organisation like SMU, or IGNOU. these institute provide hight quality study materail, good student support and the degrees are accepted everywhere in the world.

For the training in any institute, you have to fill a form, which I think must be available in your college too. Fill that form and send it to the IIT or the NIT of your choice, well obviously under the condition that the college is conducting a summer training. YOu will get the call if you are selected.

It is possible for you to pursue MBA right after your BCOM but only in the UK due to 2 reasons:
1) In US, a 4 year degree is required in UG whereas your degree is a 3 year degree. In UK, a 3 year degree is accepted.
2) You do not have any work experience. There are hardly any universities in US that offer MBA without work experience whereas in UK, many universities offer MBA without work experience.
