PGDM is a Diploma approved by AICTE and provided by recognised institutes/colleges while MBA is a Degree provided by a university.

Greetings of the day!
In comparison with Jaipuria,IILM-GURGAON is good in terms of placement,faculty and main part is crowd.
In IILM the mess and hostel accommodation is like a 3 start hotel and I hardly heard any other names. So I can't compare with other college on fake basis.

MBA from distance is not recommendable as it is not accepted by higher number of companies. Neither it adds much value to the course. So, instead of distance MBA either go for regular one or executive after gaining some work experience.
However, I would recommend you to go for BITs else you can check Narsee Monjee.

BBA+MBA is a very good options in current conditions but only if you pursue it from a reputed college / university. Coming to placements, most of the colleges do offer placements, so it differs for college to college. Coming to the scope abroad, it is there only if you pursue it from a reputed college.
