Yes, if you are interested, it is very good to pursue BE in petroleum engineering.
Nowadays this is a developing field or branch of engineering. So only a few students have chosen this field.
If you complete your BE in petroleum engineering, you will have a lot of job opportunities in India and other countries like Dubai.
After completing your BE degree, you can apply for a Master's degree in this field and after you are also able to do Ph. D degree.
Many companies have hired petroleum engineer and petroleum experts in their plants.

BBA is a generic graduation degree to prepare students on all management functions for supervisory and junior management roles. BBA graduates can be employed by all type of industries in all sectors.
BBA IT is a sector specific specialisation in BBA where graduates are prepared for IT and ITES sectors only for non-technical business roles. IT and ITES industries prefer MBA and MBA IT for business roles. It is recommended that you do generic BBA and do sector specialisation in MBA.

BCA is a full-time undergraduate degree course which is preferable only if you have a bone-breaking interest in computers. And, your vision should be clear about MCA also. Both combined together will help you in your career growth.
Eligibility would be 60% in XII for BCA.
For MCA, XII with maths and around 50-60% in BCA.
A wrong decision now will leave you in a black hole of confusion and frustration.
However, you are always eligible to do other PG courses like MBA after BCA. In spite of other options available, your decision will have a great effect on your career.

IIM Calcutta is Mecca for finance. Apart from that you can also go for DFS DU which comes under Delhi University. Less people know about it. SIBM is another option.
