To get good marks, you need to prepare well. Learn the concept and basics of mathematics, physics and chemistry. Practice numerical and derivation. Solve the last 10 years question papers. A PG in medicine from Canada is very tough. You need to have a high academic grades and also some universities do not admit international students. You must take IELTS too.
