Dear,
Firstly, Bar council of India approve only regular LLB programmes for which the maximum age limit is 30. For that, you have to appear for entrance test and interview as per university admission process.
You also need to check the particular university admission process.

First of all, go to the college website in which you're interested. Check the available deadlines for application form. Fill the form and if you are eligible than college will call you for an interview. You need to be prepared for the GD-PI.

Germany, Russia, Ukraine, China, UK, Australia are some of the best countries for MBBS. USA and Canada are also good, but the admission process is tough and they don't have direct MBBS programs as well.

Yes you can start preparing for CAT now. It depends on your preparation, first look at the syllabus, previous year papers / model question papers of CAT. If you think you can prepare on your own than you start self-study along with a test series from any good coaching institute. If you need you need assistance for any section than coaching is good option.

There is no minimum qualification requirement to become an event manager for non-corporate events. Any person with strong organizational skills and excellent PR Skills can organize non-corporate events.
