In Delhi NCR, there are many colleges offering lateral entry. But the best colleges are Delhi college of engineering which conducts its own entrance exam. Same on 2nd no. IP University which conduct entrance exams and the colleges that comes under IP university are Maharaja Agrasen, etc.

With lowest course fee i.e. 1.6L with sustainable job profile, you can check Gnanamani College of Technology, Namakakkal (Tamil Naru, MBA affiliated by Anna university) or can apply for BIMTECH, IMI-Bhubaneswar but its course fee is quite high.

Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), Indore is one of the best private college in Indore. But the college has gained its main reputation from marketing in management stream students. The hostel (both girls and boys) facilities are good at PIMR.
