Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. Qualifying the Eligibility criteria you can join the programme. The first step towards this is to finalise the country. To study MBBS in USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand you need to enroll for a pre medical course first which is of around 3 years. Then you will have to appear for entrance exam to acquire a seat in medical program. So it is extremely expensive and will take many more number of years. Not a feasible solution.
There are other countries like Russia, Ukraine in East Europe which are home to government medical universities. Education is affordable and you can get admission on basis of your 12th board exam marks.
One of the best universities in Moscow, Russia is Russian National Research Medical University. Fee is approximately Rs. 6 lac per year.
First, Moscow State Medical University is amongst the top as well. Fee is approximately Rs. 8 lac per year.
