According to me, you should invest your money for MBA in Australia and do your Bachelor's degree as B.Com (Honors), economics (Honors) or BBA from India.

It is the graduation level course. If you have above then 60% marks in 12th standard. then you can take admission in the famous college of India.
But many college take admission at the 50% marks or above in the 12th standard. If you want to take admission in the any college then contact the college for the eligibility criteria and more information or you can visit the official website of that college.

The first step towards this is to finalise the country. To study MBBS in USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand you need to enroll for a pre medical course first which is of around 3 years. Then you will have to appear for entrance exam to acquire a seat in medical program. So it is extremely expensive and will take many more number of years. Not a feasible solution.
There are other countries like Russia, Ukraine in East Europe which are home to government medical universities. Education is affordable and you can get admission on basis of your 12th board exam marks.
