You definitely can pursue BPT after 12th with medical. Other than BPT, you can also go for paramedical courses like Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Ayurveda, etc. You can go for various B.Sc like Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, etc. Other than these you have specialized ones like Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Forensic, Agriculture, Food technology, Computer Science, etc. Apart from these you have honours courses too.
Other than science stream, you can have a career in Journalism, Film and TV production, Management, Hotel Management, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Physical Education, Yoga, etc too.
There are many reputed universities like Lovely Professional University, Chitkara University, Chandigarh University, Rayat Bhara University, etc are offering a wide variety of courses to choose from.

The questions asked in the interview are pretty generic but if you try to bloat they will catch you and ask difficult questions. For example if you say you love fashion, they will ask you why. So be prepared for that. If you are planning to go into styling or designing, get your information about the top Indian and international designers(or stylists) and know your favourites (they can also ask why is the designer your favourite).
It's always better to take a portfolio no matter what course you are joining cuz in the end all courses here are the creative kind and a good portfolio always helps one to stand out. You can add in your sketches, your photography, tour craft work, anything that brings our the arist in you.
Lastly, dress semi-formally and be experimental with your fashion choice. It is appreciated here.
