Each college will have 1-2 seats for general PWD category. In accordance to that, you may get GFTIs in counselling or else apply for other private colleges too.

You don't need to get dejected as you have not qualified it. You can try the next year if you can. I have seen many who have failed in first time but scored really well in second time.
But if you plan to study for the next year then join a good coaching center. So it will be of immense help to you.
Then, you can also go for medical related studies like b.sc biotechnology, etc. and while doing so you can write NEET.
If you decide not to, then try for other medical courses like veterinary science, B.Sc, etc. which may give you a good job, may be as a teacher or a lab specialist.

I would suggest you to go for class 11th because if you go for higher studies with this option then you can make much progress, more doors are open for you.
If you would like to go for a Diploma course after 12t, you can or even you can go for engineering if possible.

GRE requirements vary, it is mainly required to study in US. If you are planning for a Masters in US then yes you must take the GRE alongwith your TOEFL or IELTS test. Check university websites for admission requirements, it differs from campus to campus.
