Then, you can also go for medical related studies like b.sc biotechnology, etc. and while doing so you can write NEET.
If you decide not to, then try for other medical courses like veterinary science, B.Sc, etc. which may give you a good job, may be as a teacher or a lab specialist.

I would suggest you to go for class 11th because if you go for higher studies with this option then you can make much progress, more doors are open for you.
If you would like to go for a Diploma course after 12t, you can or even you can go for engineering if possible.
