Hi Arun,
Gaps are not preferred by Australian Universities. However, these are case specific and if you have a good profile with work experience, you may have a chance. But always keep back up options and check other countries too. Take your IELTS. Decide what to study, check the admission requirements on university websites and email them before applying.

LNMIIT is far better than both of them because Thapar has very high fees and also, 50% reservation and NIRMA does not have any hostel. So, I speak truly and in a short and sweet way without any long passage.

Main differencesbetween University Grants Commission (UGC) and the All Indai Council for Technical Education (AICTE), is thatAICTEbasically deals with technical education.
TheAICTEis only a statutory body, which deals with co-ordinated development and proper planning of the technical education system in the country. All the Engineering, MBA and Pharmacy colleges are affiliated with the All India Council for Technical Education.
When talking ofUGC, it is the apex body that approves universities in the country. UGC provide funds for affiliated universities

I think that SSC marks don't matter. If you have interest in science stream, you can do a course related to that because marks have nothing to do with interest and average is not related to your marks. Just be focused towards your interested subject and go on.
Thank you.

For pharmacy in govt. colleges, 60% is minimum in PCB or PCM is required. In that case, you are not eligible for it. Try B.Sc in botany, chemistry or other science field for a good career. Try other govt. entrance examinations such as SSC if you are keen to go for a govt. job by working hard enough. SSC CHSL is based on 12th. Act as per your interest.
