France, Switzerland and UK have some of the best hospitality and hotel management schools, you can look up at Google and visit the university websites for programme specific information. The challenge you will face is that you already have an MBA and no work experience yet. A convincing and impressive personal statement specifying your interest in hospitality, what your career plans are, why you chose MBA in HR at the first place and why the transition now has to be included. You can take help from some professional SOP writers who are abundant in India.
Good luck.
